✅原則として短期滞在ビザの延長は認められません。
療養や商談日程の変更など、事情によっては許可される場合もあるのでお問い合わせください。
その場合、なぜ短期滞在ビザの延長が必要なのかを立証する資料を準備した上で、入国管理局へビザ更新の申請を行います。
✅As a general rule, extensions of short-term visas are not granted.
In some circumstances, such as medical treatment or a change in the schedule of a business meeting, an extension may be granted, so please inquire with us.
In such cases, we will apply to the Immigration Bureau for a visa renewal after preparing materials to prove why the extension of a temporary visitor visa is necessary.

✅原則として短期滞在ビザは在留資格の変更が認められていません。
但し、申請人が在留資格認定証明書を所持している場合に限り、在留資格変更許可申請が可能です。
この場合、在留資格変更許可申請の審査期間は１週間から２週間程度です。
✅In principle, change of status of residence is not permitted for a temporary visitor visa.
However, it is possible to apply for permission to change status of residence only if the applicant holds a certificate of eligibility.
In this case, the examination period for the application for permission for change of status of residence is about one to two weeks.

✅申請者本人が永住許可申請の要件を満たしていれば、同居している家族（配偶者や子供）は永住許可ガイドラインの居住要件年数を満たしていなくても永住許可の対象となります。
この場合、配偶者の要件は、夫婦が同居して生活している期間が継続して3年以上あることに加えて、1年以上継続して日本に在留していることが必要です。
子供の要件は、1年以上継続して日本に在留していることが必要です。
✅If the applicant himself/herself meets the requirements for the permanent residence permit application, family members living with the applicant are eligible for the permanent residence permit even if they do not meet the years of residence requirement of the permanent residence permit guidelines.
In this case, the requirement for a spouse is that the couple must have lived together and lived in Japan for a continuous period of at least three years, as well as have resided in Japan continuously for at least one year.
The requirement for the children is that they must have resided in Japan continuously for at least one year.
