２：コンサルティング
お客様から頂いた情報を元に、より詳細なお話を伺います。
初回コンサルティングにかかる時間は1時間程度です。
状況によっては複数回のコンサルティングを重ねながら、今後の方針や書類のチェックをいたします。
3：提出書類の準備・作成
ビザの申請では、役所から発行してもらう書類やお客様自身が準備する書類がたくさんあります。
それぞれの書類の準備について、お客様と連絡を取り合いながら進めます。
同時に、入管庁へ提出する申請書や理由書の作成を行います。
４：入管庁へビザ申請
全ての書類が揃ったら入管庁に申請手続きを行います。
申請の際は行政書士が取次を行いますので、お客様自身が入管庁へ行く必要はありません。
５：申請結果の受領
ビザが許可されると、入管庁から許可ハガキが当社宛に届きます。
そのハガキとお客様のパスポート、在留カードを持参し、入管庁で新しい在留カードを受け取ります。
この場合も行政書士が取次を行いますので、お客様が入管庁へ行く必要はありません。

2: Consulting
Based on the information provided by the client, we will discuss the project in more detail.
The initial consulting takes about one hour.
Depending on the situation, we may conduct multiple consulting sessions to check future policies and documents.
3: Preparation documents to be submitted
When applying for a visa, there are many documents to be issued by the government office and many documents to be prepared by the client.
We will communicate with the client regarding the preparation of each of these documents.
At the same time, we prepare application forms and letters of reasons to be submitted to the Immigration Bureau.
4：Apply for visa to the Immigration Office
Once all the documents are in order, the application is submitted to the Immigration Bureau.
Immigration Lawyer will act as an agent for the application, so there is no need for you to go to the Immigration Office yourself.
5: Receipt of application results
If your visa is approved, you will receive a postcard from the Immigration Office.
The postcard, the customer’s passport, and the resident card are brought to the immigration office to pick up the new resident card.
In this case, Immigration Lawyer will act as an intermediary, so there is no need for the client to go to the Immigration Office.
