行政書士は行政書士法に基づく国家資格者で、他人の依頼を受け報酬を得て、官公署に提出する許認可等の申請書類の作成並びに提出手続代理、遺言書等の権利義務、事実証明及び契約書の作成、行政不服申立て手続代理等を行います。
官公署に提出する書類の作成、同内容の相談やこれらを官公署に提出する手続について代理することを業としています。
許認可申請の種類は、建設業許可、飲食店営業許可、宅地建物取引業免許申請、医療法人設立認可など多岐にわたります。

入管手続きとは？
入管手続きとは、外国人が新たに日本へ入国する際や、国内での在留資格（ビザ）に関する変更、在留期間の更新などを行う際に必要な手続きのことです。これらの手続きは出入国在留管理局（入管庁）が管轄しています。
入管手続きは入管法により規定されていて、具体的には以下のようなものが含まれます。
１：在留資格認定証明書交付申請: 日本に中長期間滞在するために必要な在留資格を事前に認定してもらう手続き。
２：在留資格変更許可申請: 日本に滞在中の外国人が、在留資格を変更する場合に必要な手続き。
３：在留期間更新許可申請: 日本に滞在中の外国人が、在留期間を延長する場合に必要な手続き。
４：永住許可申請: 特定の条件を満たす外国人が永住許可を申請する手続き。
これらの手続きは、申請者の状況や目的に応じて必要な書類が異なり、また複雑な場合も少なくありません。

1. Application for issuance of a Certificate of Eligibility:
Procedures to have one's status of residence, which is required for medium- to long-term stay in Japan, approved in advance. After receiving this certification, the foreigner applies for a visa.
2.Application for permission to change status of residence:
A procedure required for foreign nationals who wish to change their status of residence in Japan from that of a student to that of a worker.
3.Application for permission to extend the period of stay:
This procedure is required when a foreigner wishes to extend the period of stay under the status of residence that he/she already has.
4.Permanent Residence Permit:
A procedure for foreigners who have been in Japan for a long period of time and meet certain conditions to apply for a permanent residence permit.

申請取次行政書士とは？
申請取次行政書士とは、出入国管理に関する一定の研修を修了した行政書士で、申請人に代わって申請書等を提出することが認められた行政書士のことです。
例えば、在留資格認定証明書の申請や在留資格変更、在留期間更新などの入管手続きは、外国人にとって言語の壁や手続きの複雑さから困難を伴うことがあります。
また、日本語が得意な外国人であっても、永住許可申請を行う際には申請取次行政書士のサポートを希望される方が少なくありません。

登録支援機関とは？
登録支援機関は、日本で外国人労働者の受け入れを担う際に、その支援を行う組織のことです。
特定技能外国人として日本で働くことを希望する外国人労働者に対して、生活面や職場でのサポートを提供し、彼らの滞在と就労が円滑に進むように支援します。これは、日本政府が2019年4月に施行した出入国管理法の改正によって設けられた制度の一部であり、特定技能ビザを持つ外国人労働者の適正な受け入れと保護を目的としています。
登録支援機関の役割には、以下のようなものがあります：
１：生活支援
日本での生活を開始するにあたり、住居の確保支援、行政手続き支援、公共交通機関の利用方法など、新生活をスタートさせる上で必要なサポートを行います。
２：職業生活支援
労働条件の確認と説明、職場での円滑なコミュニケーション支援、トラブル発生時の相談対応など、就労に関連する支援を提供します。
３：その他の支援
日本語学習支援、定期面談、交通事故など緊急時の対応、帰国時の支援など、包括的な在留支援を行います。
A registered support organization is an organization that provides support to foreign workers when they take on the responsibility of accepting foreign workers in Japan.
The roles of registered support agencies include the following.
1: Livelihood support
The Registered Support Organization provides necessary support for starting a new life in Japan, such as assistance in securing housing, provision of information on daily life, assistance in learning Japanese, and explanations on how to use public services.
2：Vocational life support
We provide support related to employment, such as smooth communication in the workplace, confirmation and explanation of working conditions, and consultation services when problems occur.
3: Other support
